Vegan Birthday Cake Ideas

Here is a new recipe that contains 3 easy and delicious vegan cake recipes!



I really like cake, because it is very tasty, but I am also very concerned about the health of the body. so this is a very suitable recipe. Because this cake is not only delicious but also healthy, because it is made from natural ingredients, it contains animal ingredients.



INGREDIENTS
Strawberry Mole Cake

  • 2 ½ cup all-purpose flour (310g)
  • 5 1/2 tablespoons cocoa, unsweetened
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup of sugar, raw (250g)
  • 1 flax egg (1 tablespoon linseed + 3 tablespoons water, leave for 10 minutes)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup of non-milk milk (250ml)
  • ¼ cup water (60ml)
  • ⅓ cup of melted vegan butter (80ml) + more to smear
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

for cream:

  • 1 ½ cup of vegan cream (350-400ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of agar
  • ¼ cup of finely chopped vegan chocolate (~ 50g)
  • 2-3 bananas or 2 handfuls of fresh strawberries
  • → cut in half lengthwise


2 Cherry Crumble Bars
cherry:

  • 400-500 g cherries, frozen or from a jar (2 1/2 - 3 cups)
  • 1 tsp cornflour + 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tablespoons of raw sugar or other sweeteners

crushed:

  • 1 cup of flour (125g)
  • a little salt
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk instead of milk
  • ¼ cup of melted vegan butter (60ml)

cake:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (125g)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • a little salt
  • 1 egg flax (1 tablespoon linseed + 3 tablespoons water)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup of vegan butter, melted (60ml)
  • ⅓ glass of raw sugar (80g)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup non-milk milk (125ml)
  • * Serve with vegan yogurt or ice cream


3 Vanilla Cashew Cream Sprinkles Cake

  • 2 ½ cup all-purpose flour (310g)
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 chia egg (1 tbsp of chia seeds + 3 tablespoons of water)
  • ¾ cup of raw sugar (190g)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ¼ cup of non-milk milk (310ml)
  • ⅓ cup vegan butter, melted (80g) + more for greasing
  • ⅓ cup sprinkles (~ 60g) + more for the top

Cashew Cream:

  • 1 cup cashews, soaked in water overnight
  • 3 tablespoons vegan yogurt
  • a little salt
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons raw sugar

or the free version of yogurt:

  • 1 cup cashews, soaked in water overnight
  • ¼ cup non-milk milk (60ml)
  • a little salt
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • some soft dates
