If there is one thing that we always have in the kitchen is peanut butter. Because ... yeah. Peanut butter is and has always been one of my favorite foods. It's versatile, affordable, packed with protein, and also delicious. Win around.
That's why I made peanut butter a star of this vegan home-made chocolate peanut butter that tastes like a cup of peanut butter.

How do you make vegan peanut chocolate bars?
You will not believe how easy it is to make this delicious vegan nut chocolate bar. You need 4 simple ingredients: 2 cups of peanut butter (duh), 16 ounces of vegan dark chocolate (double duh), flaxseed meal, and half a cup of maple syrup. It makes these sticks free of gluten and dairy products but is very delicious because the ingredients are real and healthy which is naturally delicious.
When I think about the food I eat when growing up, peanut butter is at the top. Although my daily lunch sandwich when I was at school was a turkey sandwich, I went through extreme phases of a peanut butter sandwich.
Why do I like peanut butter so much ?!
I love peanut butter because you can smear it with toast for breakfast, add it to a smoothie to enhance the delicious and nutritious flavor, prepare peanut sauce for some homemade pad, shake with sugar and butter for chocolate nut chocolate cake, or just eat it with a spoonful. This is easily one of the most varied foods in my kitchen and for that, I will always keep nuts to death.
Better yet, it contains AKA unsaturated protein, fiber, and unsaturated fats, the type we should eat more

How do you make vegan peanut chocolate bars?
You will not believe how easy it is to make this delicious vegan nut chocolate bar. You need 4 simple ingredients: 2 cups of peanut butter (duh), 16 ounces of vegan dark chocolate (double duh), flaxseed meal, and half a cup of maple syrup. It makes these sticks free of gluten and dairy products but is very delicious because the ingredients are real and healthy which is naturally delicious.
- Melt peanut butter, maple syrup and flaxseeds in a large saucepan. At first, the mixture will look runny, but when it is cold and then it will thicken.
- Melt the dark chocolate over the double kettle, stirring constantly until there are no lumps left.
- Press the peanut butter mixture into an 8 x 8 pan.
- Add beautiful vegan dark chocolate. (or regular chocolate if you feel wild)
- Let it cool, then devour

Ingredients
- 2 cups peanut butter (use your favorite brand!)
- 3/4 cup of flaxseed flour
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 16 ounces of dark chocolate, chopped
Steps
- Cover the 8 x 8 baking sheet with baking paper and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt the peanut butter. Stir in flaxseeds, vanilla, and maple syrup and remove from the heat. The peanut butter will runny, but when flaxseeds absorb it will begin to thicken. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the prepared skillet and flatten the top. Place it in the fridge to rest when you melt chocolate.
- In a double kettle, melt the chocolate, stirring constantly with a heat-resistant spatula until it is completely melted and smooth. Pour the chocolate over the peanut butter mixture and use a spoon to smooth it. Place it in the fridge and let the chocolate set completely before cutting it into squares.
