- Make sure you use a brand of chocolate chip that you like and trust. If you have a favorite chocolate brand like Lindt or Ghirardelli, use it!
- Make sure all ingredients are well mixed. Because this flourless brownie recipe does not contain yeast substances such as baking powder, excessive mixing will not cause problems.
