Cake Mix Peanut Butter Cookie Brownies

Peanut butter cookie brownie mix is ​​a bomb! The taste of peanut butter is rich in white chocolate chips which is a sticky dessert that everyone likes at home. They are very easy because you use the yellow cake mix as a base and sand it with peanuts and peanut butter. Treat the best fast ever.



You want parts of brownish brownies and the center will look like it's not finished. BUT when you let them cool in the pan they will continue to cook and be as perfect as you see here, so remove them even if you think they are not ready.

When we made the mixed strawberry cake brownies they took about 20 minutes, but we were at sea level. Now that we are a bit at altitude in Idaho they take closer to 30 minutes to reach. I will say about baking brownies, in general, there are many things that people enjoy. Some like really crispy edges and more of a cake-like consistency where we like them on the verge of ripening.

INGREDIENTS

  • Mix 1 box of cake we use yellow, 15.25 ounces
  • 1/2 c refined peanut butter
  • 1/2 c peanut butter chips, butterscotch is also a good substitute
  • 1/2 c pieces of white chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c oil, we use olive oil, you can use vegetables
  • 1/3 c chopped nuts, optional


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix the cake mixture, peanut butter, eggs and oil in a bowl until they are mixed and no powder appears. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees now.
  2. Fold the chocolate chips/peanut chips and if you choose to add folded crushed beans too.
  3. Spray an 8x8 pan with non-stick spray or a line with baking paper.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the pan and apply it so that it becomes thick throughout the pan so that it cooks evenly.
  5. Place it on the middle rack of your oven for about 25 minutes or until the edges are light brown. (We're a little high and 30 minutes. Perfect, although you have to check on 20 minutes and add a few minutes at a time until only the golden brown edges appear.)
  6. You do NOT want to cook it for too long so it is important when baking it first to start with 20 minutes and determine how long your oven takes to perfection which means a little crunchy on the edges but very soft in the middle.
