CHOCOLATE MASCARPONE BROWNIES

This Chocolate Mascarpone brownie is a truly decadent and delicious brownie recipe.

HOW TO MAKE BROWN CHOCOLATE BROWN:
You will melt the butter and then pour the chopped semi-chopped chocolate into a bowl. Hot butter will melt chocolate. Then you will shake it together until it's nice and smooth. Next, you will mix sugar and cocoa powder, then mascarpone cheese, eggs, vanilla, flour, and salt. You have to make sure that the mixture is well combined ... and that no butter is left swimming in the mixture before pouring it into the pan for baking.

WHAT IS THE MASCARPONE CHEESE?
This is fresh Italian cream cheese (not like USA cream cheese) which is sold in a tub. You must be capable of discovering it inside the area of expertise cheese phase of your nearby marketplace. Trader Joe's also brought it, and you will find it at a good price there!

After the brownies are roasted, you will prepare the ganache frosting (a mixture of chocolate, cream, and butter). It is easy to make. You will only heat the cream and then add the chocolate and butter to the hot cream and let it stand.

Then you just shake it until it's nice and smooth and pour it over your brownie pan. This is a thick layer of frosting that consumes this and makes these Chocolate Mascarpone Brownies so decadent and beautiful!

Give the chocolate ganache a chance to set, and then they will be easier to cut. You can see in the photo below that freezing is not regulated when it has been given a chance to cool down.

This brownie texture can be described as rich and dense. They might be a little different in texture than what you imagine like most brownies, but they are really fun. They are very delicious and chocolate and rich!

INGREDIENTS
BROWNIES:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
  • 3 ounces of semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup of mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
  • 3 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

GANACHE FROSTING:

  • 6 ounces of semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 6 tablespoons of whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter, cut into slices

INSTRUCTIONS
PREPARE BROWNIES:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 ° F. 8 inch square pyrex pan.
  2. Place chopped chocolate in a blending bowl; set aside. In a small glass bowl, melt the butter in the microwave, only until it melts - don't let it cook and swell (if there is no microwave, quickly thaw it on the stove instead). Pour the batter over the chocolate and let it sit for 30 seconds. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the butter is evenly mixed. Sift sugar and cocoa powder.
  3. With a wooden spoon, beat in mascarpone, eggs, and vanilla, stir until smooth. Fold flour and salt gently.
  4. Pour the mixture into a prepared skillet and apply it evenly. Bake 45 to 50 minutes, or till the toothpick inserted into the middle comes out smooth. Place the pan on the cooling rack and let the brownies cool for 10 to 15 minutes when you make the ganache.

PREPARE THE FRANCEING GANACHE:

  1. Place chopped chocolate in a bowl. In a small saucepan, bring the cream and butter to the boiling point, over medium heat. Pour the hot mixture over the chocolate and let stand for 30 seconds, then stir until smooth. Pour the ganache over the brownies while still warm, and spread evenly.
  2. Let the ganache strengthen before cutting. It's best to cool them down tight enough. After the hard ganache and brownies have been cut, they don't need to be stored in the fridge.

NOTE
* Look for a mascarpone cheese (like a cream cheese tub) in the gourmet cheese section of your grocery store - or at the gourmet market. Trader Joes brings mascarpone cheese at a good price (and also good quality chocolate bars).
