- Make sure your dough is as cold as possible before baking! (This will really make your dough rise!)
- Make sure you don't add too many toppings to the mixture. This will burden the cake making it harder to take and eat!
- Use fresh mozzarella! That. Melt. BETTER. Point.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Sheets of Dough Pastry Puff Pastry ((17.3-ounce package))
- 12 Oz. Freshly shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 Cup of Tomato Slices
- 1/2 Cup of Fresh Basil
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. Power of Garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. Oregano is dry
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat more than 400 degrees F. In a small bowl, add garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper with oil.
- Open the puff pastry sheet and place it on a baking sheet. If you don't do it now, it will be difficult to transfer. Use a pastry brush to brush a thin layer of n 'oil mixture onto each sheet of pastry.
- Slice your tomatoes thinly and apply them to each sheet.
- Grate your mozzarella and spread it evenly about an inch of untouched dough around.
- Place it in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cake is golden brown. (I recommend placing your sheets on a lower shelf in the oven.)
- After the pizza is finished, take it and add your basil leaves! (Don't add until the last minute !!) Wait for about 5 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
Recipe notes
- Cut your pizza into whatever size you want. Keep in mind that this is a smooth mixture so large slices will be more difficult to handle.
- Don't add the basil until it comes out of the oven!
- Freshly shredded mozzarella cheese makes a difference!
- You can leave your mozzarella chopped up instead of cutting it if you want!
- You can use a can of diced tomatoes instead if you don't have fresh tomatoes on hand! Just spread it to the dough first.
- Let the pizza rest for 5 minutes so that the cheese does not come apart when cut.
- You can reheat the next day in the oven at 350 F for 4-5 minutes.
