These Homemade Egg Rolls Are the Perfect Appetizer or Side for Other Asian Dishes! They Are Filled With Chicken And Vegetables And Perfectly Fried.

My mother has made it for as long as I can remember, and they are one of my favorite appetizers. We eat a ton of Asian food in our family and almost always have these egg rolls for them to bring because they are the perfect side to any Asian dish.
This special recipe makes egg rolls that are a little wider than what you get at a restaurant, but they are very simple and addictive, you might get angry because we show you how to make them from home.
AIR FRIED MACHINE
Spray a little basket or brush with coconut or olive oil. Place the rolled eggs in a basket. Make sure they don't touch. Cook at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes.
GRILL OVEN
If you are trying to be a little healthier, you can also try making egg rolls. To do this, coat it with a small amount of spray and cooking, place the bottom side in an oily pan. Then bake at 425 degrees around 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown and enjoy!
SAVE AND HEAT BACK
Store. Place the remaining eggs in an airtight container or tightly wrap with aluminum foil. Refrigerate for 3-4 days. Freeze for up to 2 months.
Reheat it again. Reheating in the microwave is good if you are in a hurry, but the texture is not crispy. Use the oven for better results. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, spray the pan with cooking spray, place the egg roll in the pan, and place it in the middle of the oven.
If thawed, roast for 10 minutes turning halfway. If frozen, bake for 18-20 minutes. Turn over the roll after 9-10 minutes.

- 3 chicken breast cooked and shredded
- 1 package coleslaw mix
- pepper salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS
- Sautee coleslaw in a pan with a little olive oil until weak.
- Add shredded chicken breast for several minutes until everything is mixed. Season with salt & pepper.
- Add the lettuce and chicken mixture to the center of your egg roll. Fold the sides one at a time and for the last fold add a little water to make it sticky.
- Fry your eggs until they turn golden brown. Serve warm and with sauces like Sweet and Sour sauce.
